Are Restless Legs Impossible to Manage?

My friend is an expert at meditation— and that’s the only thing that saves her at night. The agony of restless legs keeps her from falling asleep, or it wakes her up.

My restless legs aren’t as bad as hers, but they do interrupt my nights. While I’m nowhere near an expert meditator, I’ve found other ways to rest and sleep.
