Individual Sessions for These Stressful Times

How do you stay present and rest when you’re stressed?

We live in stressful times with Covid, politics, increase in hate, intense weather… these are not easy times.

These stresses are real, and still, we’re not at total mercy of the external world. When we find ways to breathe, be in our bodies, deal with ourselves and others with heart, we have more options

I’m here to help.

In addition to my coaching package, I also offer individual sessions to help you be more grounded and growing. I’ve supported clients beyond sleep, in areas such as:

  • Reducing stress
  • Resting and resetting night and day
  • Bringing in and feeling held by a bigger presence
  • Clarifying purpose and intention
  • Learning to be kind and intentional about your life right now.

In these one-hour sessions (by Zoom or in person), we address practical concerns, deeper anxieties, and/or difficulties in your body, mind, emotions, and spirit.

We’ll practice tools to help you let go of constant tension, tap into other layers of experience, so you can navigate this life  with more openness and flexibility, gratitude and presence.

When you calm the dreaded “what if” stories in your head and body, you can deal with what really arises.

It’s easier to float on the waves as an open leaf than crumple under the water when its clenched and struggling. Let’s find ways to feel safe enough to let go and feel supported.


What does it cost?

If you’ve completed the 9 session Pathways to Rest, you’re always welcome to have additional sessions at the rate you paid for the series.

If you’ve not completed or not ready to start the Pathways to Rest coaching sessions, and would like some one-time support in stress or a specific issue with sleep, I offer single sessions at $160*/ hour. Please set up a free consultation to see if it’s a good fit for you. *If this is not doable, let’s to talk to see if we can come up with something that can work for both of us. I don’t want to leave anyone to suffer in these times and not have a roof, food or the basics of life.
